2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large onion
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 and 1/2 cup ragu type tomato sauce ( you can substitute concentrated canned tomato soup)
1 can pork and beans ( 10 oz can)
1 can kidney beans ( 10 oz can )
In large non-stick saucepan, brown ground beef and onion together over medium heat till the meat is cooked.
Add the chili powder, salt and pepper.
Add the tomato sauce and continue to cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add the beans. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve on buns.
