Meat Loaf

2 pounds lean ground beef
3/4 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup tomato soup or milk

Mix the above ingredients together well in large bowl. Grease casserole dish. Shape meat mixture into loaf and place into the casserole dish.

Mix together the following:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup tomato soup or ketchup

Stir together and pour over meat loaf. Cover with lid. Bake in 350F oven till done approximately for 1 and 1/2 hours. Serve with potatoes.
