Texas-Style Chicken with rice

5 skinless chicken breasts
1 and 1/2 cup salsa ( your choice )
1/2 cup water
5 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Bake chicken breasts in casserole dish at 375F for 45 minutes. Mix the salsa, water, brown sugar and mustard together in small bowl. Place over chicken breasts and continue baking the chicken with the sauce for an additional 20 minutes.
Serve with rice.
