Potato Salad - great for family gatherings!

10 medium/large potatoes, boiled and cooled
10 hard boiled eggs, cooled
green onions, finely chopped
2 cups mayonaise
1 cup cream
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/3 cup sugar

Dice the potatoes and the eggs. Place in large bowl. Add the chopped onion. Gently fold together a bit.
In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients to make the salad dressing - mayonaise, cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and sugar. Stir together well. Now add to the potato and egg mixture. Stir and fold in gently to mix. Keep salad cool in refrigerator till serving time.
